Notice of Nondiscrimination

Oasis Dental complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these characteristics.

Oasis Dental provides, free of charge:

  • Aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats such as large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats.
  • Language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

If you need any of these services, ask any member of our team or call us at (720) 680-2688. These services are free, and you will never be asked to pay for them or to bring your own interpreter.

You may file in person, by mail, by phone, or by email, and in any language. If you need help filing, we will help you. We will not retaliate against you for filing a grievance.

We have a grievance procedure for resolving complaints of discrimination promptly and fairly. Ask us for a copy at the front desk, or call and we will send you one.

You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:

Free Language Assistance

Our Commitment

Oasis Dental is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all patients and visitors, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the usability and accessibility of this website on an ongoing basis, and we welcome feedback that helps us do that.

Standards We're Working Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a guide for our ongoing accessibility efforts. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What We're Doing

As part of our ongoing effort to improve accessibility, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and descriptive alt text for images
  • Keep navigation menus and interactive elements operable by keyboard
  • Maintain readable text sizing and color contrast
  • Review and improve pages as we build new features or update existing ones

Because our website includes third-party tools we don't control — such as embedded Google Maps and the Google Translate widget — some elements may not fully meet every accessibility guideline. We continue to monitor these tools and will address issues as they're identified.
