Treatment with Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) in Aurora, CO

This is a great addition to use for patients who have fear and/or anxiety. Aurora nitrous oxide is delivered through a mask that is placed on the nose. It is painless, acts quickly and wears off in a matter of minutes. We deliver regular oxygen for several minutes at the end of treatment before removing the mask to ensure the nitrous oxide is eliminated from the body. We recommended minimal food intake before the appointment since nitrous oxide, in rare occasions, can cause some nausea.
